Alright, guests. If you've ever come by the infirmary, you know who I am, but for the lucky people who haven't, I'm Sycora Novitas. If you need a doctor, that's where I'll be ninety percent of the time.
So, business.
[There's the sound of papers shuffling, there.]
I'm sure you all remember the plague we had last month. I can assuredly tell you that it will not happen again. Kloe Bishop has been treated and her contagion is suppressed.
But she is not to be harmed in any way. If you attack her, you will be punished, so leave her be.
That's all.
[The following, however, is sealed to Isabella:]
I've worked up a treatment plan. If you don't care about anyone hearing, go ahead and talk to me here -- otherwise, come see me. I'm in the infirmary.

I kept her for testing. During this time, she'd already taken the medicine I gave her, and I made every effort to become infected. As you can hear, I'm not dead, or a flesh-craving beast.
I'm fine, and so is she.

[This is the part where someone should take his friend's advice and think before he speaks.]

Listen. I want to keep the virus contained just as much as you do. When I say she is safe, she is safe. I'm a doctor - I treat people, not lie to them.

What makes you any different?

Would you rather I do a test for you?

Fine. Go ahead.

[She's all sarcasm here, but she knows that might well be what it takes.
She's not afraid.]

[HOORAY MEDIEVAL GERM THEORY. OR LACK THEREOF.]
That... would explain a few things.

[SIGH]
Tell me. Can you read?

Go to the library, find Rem. He's the librarian. Ask for a book on disease and tell him you want something on blood-borne pathogens.

[Totally not here]
